Application and Features
PVC insulated copper wire has the advantages of high cost, simplicity and durability. Because it is only a thick thread, it is very resistant to damage and easy to make. However, for mobile applications, such as robot or vehicle applications, wires need to be bent into complex shapes.
Single conductor wires are undesirable because they lack strength and ductility and can withstand remodeling and movement.
On the other hand, the copper wire single core is very suitable for applications requiring flexibility and molding. To prevent electronic interference, the stranded wire has a disadvantage, because the air channel between the stranded wires will amplify the skin effect caused by the magnetic field on the conductor surface.
